Siran played at the University of Alabama from 1989-91 after spending two seasons at Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College. He was a two-year starter and two-time All-SEC performer in 1989 and 1991. During his Alabama career, he had 429 rushing attempts for 2,113 yards and 27 touchdowns. He also had 62 pass receptions for 574 yards, one touchdown and 2,787 all-purpose yards. His 18 TDs and 108 points that season were single-season school records at the time and currently rank second to Shaun Alexander in Crimson Tide football history.

Stacy was a second-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1992 National Football League Player Draft, the 48th player chosen overall. Stacy played in all but one game for the Eagles that season. He enjoyed success with NFL Europe’s Scottish Claymores from 1995-97 and in 2000, leading the team in rushing in 1995 with 785 yards and five touchdowns and in 1996 with 780 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. He rushed for 785 yards and four touchdowns for the Claymores in 1997. He lived in Scotland and was inducted into the NFL Europe Hall of Fame. He also played in the Canadian Football League for the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

On November 19, 2007, Stacy was involved in an auto accident in which 6 people were killed. Bronson Stacy, 10, and Ellie Stacy, 2, and their mother, Ellen Stacy, were killed in the wreck. Also, two of his children by another marriage, Laquisa Stacy, 18, and Sydney Stacy, 9, were killed. Stacy and one daughter, Shelly, 4, survived the wreck.

Mr. Jackson spent much of his off the field time promoting the vision God entrusted to him of developing an academic center that would give the youth in his hometown of Little Rock, hope, strong values, and academic confidence. In 1992, this vision became a reality with the incorporation of P.A.R.K. (Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids). P.A.R.K. became a non-profit organization under the leadership of Mr. Keith Jackson as President of the Board. Keith not only put his name and personal money in the program; he also puts in countless hours with the youth of this program.

Keith Jackson has also combined his college degree in communications and his professional playing experience to become a broadcast analyst with TNT television for one year, the Oklahoma Sooner football radio network in 1998, Fox Sports Network in 1999 and the Arkansas Razorback Sports Network in 2000. He has also become one of the most dynamic and inspirational speakers in the country. His speaking engagements include churches, civic groups, corporations and schools.

Corey Lamonte Chavous

Chavous attended Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, South Carolina. In football, he was an All-Area, and an All-District pick, and in track, he was an All-State choice and was part of a 4×100 relay team which won the state title. He was a high school teammate of former Chicago Bears and Vikings wide receiver D’Wayne Bates. Chavous attended Vanderbilt University. He finished his career with 12 interceptions (which ranks 4th on the school’s all-time list), and made 199 tackles, and batted down 31 passes. He graduated with a degree in human and organizational development.

Chavous was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the second round (33rd overall) in the 1998 NFL Draft. In his rookie season he played in 16 games recording 28 tackles and two interceptions, his first coming at the Kansas City Chiefs on November 30. In 1999, he played in 15 games recording 40 tackles and one interception. The following year he made 48 tackles and one interception. In his final year with the Cardinals, Chavous made 74 tackles and one interception.

On March 25, 2002, Chavous signed a four-year contract with the Minnesota Vikings as an unrestricted free agent. In his debut season he started in all 16 games recording 83 tackles, three interceptions and one touchdown, the first of his career at the Detroit Lions on December 29. In 2003, he made 86 tackles, a career-high eight interceptions and one touchdown. His performances that season earned him a trip to the 2003 Pro Bowl. The following year, he made 81 tackles and one interception. In his final season with the Vikings, Chavous started all 16 games for a fourth straight season, recording 71 tackles and two interceptions.

On March 13, 2006, Chavous signed a three-year contract with the St. Louis Rams as an unrestricted free agent. In his first season, he equaled his career-high of 86 tackles and made one interception. In 2008 he started 14 games making 74 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

Chavous has been featured on various sports programs as an analyst of college football talent, especially in regards to their potential for the National Football League draft.
